I bought another new mobile phone & I didn't need to add it to the pile that is accumulating in a box in the garage. My carrier sent a pre-paid slip in the box in which I received my new mobile phone, but as I was filling it out I spotted that the phone I was giving away free was probably valuable to somebody else. I got my new phone because I wanted something up to date for my job, but my elderly was less than a year elderly. So could I sell my phone in lieu of getting nothing for it?
I had never thought about this before, but the longer I left my elderly cell rings lying around the less they would be worth, so I got on the net & inquired in to. I am actually surprised that the mobile phone company doesn't offer a trade in for newer rings, perhaps some do but mine carrier definitely doesn't.

I was surprised at the number of places where I could sell my phone online. Most of these companies offer nice funds for some of the newer model cell rings. The Blackberry I used to have was worth between $50 & $100 depending on which company I selected to send it to. Mine was in ideal condition because I had kept it in a case & had protective film put on the glass, & an additional $100 would offset the cost of my new phone substantially.
But if I desired to sell my phone to of these online companies, could I trust them? Would I send my phone away & never listen to from someone ever again? I spotted I had to pick a company & do some more research. It didn't take long, I basically Googled each company name & checked to see if there were any complaints about them. had plenty of complaints & those were chiefly from individuals who said they sent in a phone that was in nice condition, but they didn't get the amount that was quoted.

The company I selected had plenty of great feedback so I went to their site & downloaded a USPS shipping label. A few days later I received an electronic mail acknowledgement & a few days later I was notified by PayPal that there was $100 sitting in my account! It was simple.
